We encourage you and your family to familiarize yourself with this website. Here, you will find your insurance benefits, claim forms, links to providers, and a link to the enrollment platform to self-enroll/view your benefit confirmation and update beneficiaries.

- Please note: The self-service site is available 24/7. You can modify your benefit elections only during Open Enrollment or if you experience a Life Event. However, you may update beneficiaries, download your benefit confirmation statement, and process Life Events throughout the year.

Enrollment Important Information
- The pay period differs for each employee’s job class
- Eligibility is specific to each employee’s job class.
- Qualifying Live Events (QLE): HR must be notified within 30 days of the Qualifying Event, and proof is required; email supporting documentation to [email protected].
- FSA/DCA: Flexible Spending and Dependent Day Care Accounts must be re-elected yearly if you wish to continue coverage. The DCA elections are only eligible for children under 13, and the IRS regulations do not allow FSA dollars to be transferred from the DCA to the Medical FSA. You will have until March 31st to file a claim for expenses incurred in 2024. The deadline to submit dependent documents is Saturday, November 30th.

- Marriage Certificate or Divorce Decree (Domestic Partners are ineligible)
- Birth certificate for child(ren)

- Court orders requiring coverage

Bethlehem Area School District offers coverage based on your contract guidelines. Plan information shared is only available to you based on your Job Class.
Your assigned benefits will populate at the time of enrollment.
