Everything You’ll Need

Speak with a Benefits Counselor through the Call Center at 610.586.3402 within 30 days of your hire date or QLE.
Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 8 PM (closed holidays & weekends)

 

 

  • Domestic Partners are ineligible.
  • New Dependent documentation for spouse or children is required and must be submitted to HR after completing your enrollment via email at [email protected] or you may bring them to the HR office before the end of the month after completing the enrollment process: Marriage Certificate or Divorce Decree / Court orders requiring coverage / Birth certificate for child(ren) & Social Security cards for all new dependents.
  • Dependent Age Outs: Dependents are covered under your Health/Vision, Prescription, and Dental until the day they turn 26. EXAMPLE: Jane Smith’s child Janet turns 26 on April 9th, 2025. Coverage will end on April 8th, 2025. Any new coverage Janet might elect will want to be effective April 9th, 2025. COBRA-eligible dependents will receive a letter for an opportunity to elect COBRA once their coverage ends.  

 

FSA/DCA: Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Day Care Accounts must be re-elected yearly if you wish to continue coverage. The DCA elections are only eligible for children under 13, and the IRS regulations do not allow FSA dollars to be transferred from the DCA to the Medical FSA. You will have until March 31st, 2025 to file a claim for expenses incurred in 2024—the deadline to submit dependent documents before the end of the month after completing the enrollment process.

– Medical FSA Annual Limit $3,200 for 2024 Limit and $3,300 for 2025 Limit

– Medical FSA Carryover dollars only, not DCA $640 for 2024 Limit and $660 for 2025 Limit.

Qualifying Life Events (QLEs)

If you are experiencing a QLE, you must notify HR within 30 days of the Qualifying Event, and provide proof/ supporting documentation via email to [email protected] for pending approval. If approved, HR will email you the next steps at your work email. To finalize your approved 2025 QLE, you must review your benefit options and contact a benefit counselor through the Call Center within 30 days of your QLE approval. When connecting with a Benefits Counselor, mention that your appointment is due to a QLE (loss of healthcare coverage/birth/marriage).

  • Please note that during your enrollment call, you will be asked to designate beneficiaries for your employer-provided life insurance policy.
  • The following NEW Dependent documentation must be submitted to HR at [email protected], or you may bring it to the HR office before/after completing changes in Beacon: Marriage Certificates or Divorce Decrees, Court orders requiring coverage, Birth certificates for child(ren), and Social Security cards for all new dependents.
